Terms and Conditions for CASA Housing App
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the apartment search mobile application ("App") developed and provided by CASA Housing ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the App.
App Usage and Eligibility:
1.1 The App is designed to assist students in finding apartments near their school.
1.2 The App is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older ("Adults"). If you are a minor, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian ("Adult Consent"). By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are an Adult or have obtained Adult Consent.
1.3 We reserve the right to verify the age and eligibility of users. If we discover that you are a minor using the App without Adult Consent, we may suspend or terminate your account.
User Accounts:
2.1 In order to access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account ("Account").
2.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your Account information updated.
2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
2.4 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
App Content:
3.1 The App may display information, listings, images, and other content related to apartments near schools ("Content").
3.2 The Content provided through the App is for informational purposes only. We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy, availability, legality, or quality of any apartment listings or related information.
3.3 You acknowledge that your reliance on any Content provided through the App is at your own risk, and we shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your use of or reliance on such Content.
User Conduct:
4.1 You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
4.2 You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: a) Violating any applicable laws or regulations; b) Impersonating any person or entity; c) Uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; d) Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App or the servers or networks connected to the App; e) Modifying, adapting, translating, or reverse engineering any portion of the App; f) Accessing or attempting to access any other user's Account without authorization; g) Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the App.
Intellectual Property:
5.1 All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by or licensed to us.
5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5.3 You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App.
Privacy:

Termination:
