First week staying in a new apartament, a homeless person broke in the back door and stole a bunch of property + the Keys to the apartament. Worst part, the apartament landlord accidentally gave us the master key to every apartament in the building and to every property owned by the landlord company. So somewhere out there is a burglar who has a key to probably 200+ student apartaments.

The leasing company showed us the front unit and we said we wanted it but they said it was sold out but they have a back units that’s a mirror image so we signed without looking and it was half the square footage

I went to check out the place with a former roommate of mine. There a few people there and the rent would be 2400 for two rooms which was slightly high but we were willing to pay. When we got there, the landlord showed us around and we saw there wasn’t a stove or a fridge so he asked what was up with that. The guy showing us around said “these are optional but it is preferred that you bring your own.” We promptly left and as we walked, laughed our asses off
